I’m Phil D’Abbraccio, a senior newspaper and online journalism major from Farmingdale, New York, which is located on Long Island.

I am currently the sports editor at The Daily Orange and I aspire to be a sports writer — and then maybe an editor once I’m worn out from reporting and writing.

My favorite thing about my house

What I really cherish about my home in Farmingdale is that it’s the only house I’ve ever lived in. Although the house has undergone plenty of changes over time, I’ve been calling the same place home for my entire life and not everyone can say that.
